2010 Census and Redistricting (Click for Details) April 1, 2010, is Census Day. A lot rides on that count:
federal money for road construction, WIC grants, Title I money, assistance
programs for American Indians. And, of course, re-apportioning 435
congressional seats among the 50 states.
